Mahakaleshwara Temple:
One of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India, Mahakaleshwara is a Shiva Temple and it is also very famous tourist temple like other 12 Jyotirlingas. The temple has an idol of Omkareshwara Shiva consecrated in the sanctum above the Mahakal Shrine. The temple also has some exquisitely carved images of Ganesh, Parvati, Kartikeya and Shiva’s Bull, Nandi.
Harsiddhi Temple:
This temple is devoted to Goddess Annapurna, who is supposed to be the fulfiller of all human wishes. The temple also known as the Harisiddhi, where Hari in Hindi means Lord Vishnu and Siddhi in Hindi means Success.
Vikram Kirti Mandir:
This is an archeological Museum and an Art Gallery. It is actually a Cultural Centre. It is reminiscent of Vikramaditya who is supposed to be the finest judge in the world.
Chintaman Ganesh:
This ancient temple has an unbelievable history. It is told that the image of Lord Ganesh in the antique temple Chintaman Ganesh is not man made, while it has been created by the Lord Himself.
Bhartrihari Caves:
These caves belong to the renowned scholar poet Bhartrihari, who used these caves to meditate and live in. It is near the river Kshipra.
