Chennai Tourism Information
Chennai belongs to fraternity of four metro cities of India and also a capital of Tamil Nadu state. The city is located on the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal. This city is a hub of automobile industry in India.

The Marine Beach:
World’s second largest beach is Marine Beach of Chennai. This beach is a best place to relax from the rat race of city.

Kalashetra:
This temple of art is situated at Thiruvanbayur, in Chennai. There is still old form of schooling held, on the ancient pattern of education, Gurukul education. This is a prestigious center to learn Bharatanatyam and classical music in town.
Government Museum and Art Gallery:
In this complex you can see the sculptures and carvings from the Chola, Pandya and Vijayanagar period. This is also a center of artistic and sculptural activities of the city.
Parks:
Anna Zoological Park is a place where you can enjoy the wild life. Here you can enjoy a safari, a nocturnal animal house and an aquarium. National Park at Guindy (Especially a Deer park) and Madras Snake Park are other parks for hunter visit in Chennai city.
Kapaleeswarar Temple:
This ancient temple is situated from the 13th century to till date with a same grace. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Temple is a pure example of Dravidian style of architecture.
